About Me

My own spiritual awakening began in 2005. Higher powers had been trying to get my attention for a long time, but I wasn’t ready. I’d always used my intuition but a lack of self-belief and not having anyone to share my experiences with, or guide me made me ignore what was happening.

It was a warm summer’s evening in 2005 and my awakening involved a bike ride, a stranger and a bridge. I was guided to a place and an event that would change the course of my life. The stranger I was guided to assist was preparing to jump from a high bridge in my home city. This was the first time I knowingly channelled my guide and it was only by allowing it that it saved the stranger and, it saved me.

I have always been drawn to working with people and a large part of my adult life was spent working in education. Prior to this I worked closely with youngsters who had offended or, were at risk of offending. I trained as an alcohol and drug counsellor with a local authority in my early twenties and this work taught me a great deal about the many challenges people face in life and the reasons behind addictions.

Following my awakening experience, my life changed radically. In 2008, I travelled to India where I spent time working with disadvantaged children. I returned to India many times and I regard India as my second home and the many people I met there as family.

I soon started another chapter in my life and began studying holistic therapies. I studied Clinical Reflexology, obtaining the Centralia Reflexology Mastership, incorporating Agored Cymru Level 5 Diploma in Clinical Practitioner Reflexology. I went on to gain the Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner Certificate. I was taught by Sally Kay, a multi-award-winning Reflexology practitioner, researcher, educator, author and RLD’s developer. I went on to study the Bergman Method of Facial Reflexology and gained the Advanced Practitioners Certificate at the London School of Reflexology.

I am a Reiki Master Practitioner and I have a Masters’s Degree in the Usui Shiki Ryoho System of Natural Healing. I was taught by the beautiful Claire Chesters of Celestial Healing.

My Hypnosis journey began following a conversation with my dad about the father of modern-day hypnotherapy, Milton Erickson. My dad was also a hypnotherapist and he encouraged me to read as much as I could on the subject. The first book I read by Erickson was, ‘My Voice Will Go With You’, and I was smitten. Once I started, I couldn’t stop and I was soon drawn to the late Dolores Cannon and QHHT.

I went on to study Dolores Cannon’s method of hypnotherapy and gained my Level 2 Practitioner of Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®). Dolores Cannon was a pioneer in the field of hypnosis and consciousness exploration. This is a beautiful therapy and for many, is confirmation of the awakening process. It combines Past Life Regression and access to the Subconscious/Higher Self. Clients are able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are — and to ultimately create change within themselves.

I am also a Practitioner of Introspective Hypnosis, created by Aurelio Mejía and I undertook training with Antonio Sangio. It is a method that combines several techniques such as forgiveness therapy, role change, Ericksonian hypnosis, past life regression and spirit assistance, also known as spirit releasement. Antonio’s style of teaching was brilliant and he encourages the practitioner to think outside of the box.

The most inspirational person in my life was my dad, Nick Poole M.Ed, M.Sc., C. Psychol. He inspired me to think and look outside of the box with regard to my life path and my work.

Dad spent the latter years of his life working with Bio-resonance/Bio-feedback and owned an Oberon Biofeedback which is an NLS system designed to scan all components of the body (organs, tissues, cells, DNA, etc.) and identify the root causes of frequency imbalances to then balance and provide therapy. He also used the SCIO Biofeedback systems which were created to deal with the innermost cause of our body’s improper functioning.

Dad is my inspiration and my guide. I will always be indebted to him for his zest for knowledge, his ‘let’s get cracking’ approach to life, his love and most importantly, for just being my dad.
